Cancellations / No-shows
Please call at least 24 hours ahead if there is a need to cancel or reschedule the massage appointment.
Failure to give 24 hour notice will result in the following charges:
    1st time    - 50% of fee
    2nd time   - 75% of fee
    3rd or more times - 100% of fee
In cases of family emergency or other extenuating circumstances, the therapist reserves the right to waive
part or all of the above charges.

Session Length / Medical History
The therapist values an in-depth medical history as integral to the therapy of a massage session. As such,
the therapist will schedule all massages in such a way so that up to 15 minutes will be available for medical
history taking in addition to the full length of the scheduled massage (i.e., 30, 60, or 90 minutes).

Lateness
All clients are encouraged to arrive on time. In the interest of other clients, any lateness will be deducted
from the client’s session length. Whether this is taken from the medical history time or the actual massage
time will be at the discretion of the therapist.

Payment
Payment is due at completion of the massage session. Clients that are unable to pay will be required to
make payment before any subsequently scheduled sessions occur.
